How and why we store this information

Most of the information and data we collect is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To keep you informed with updates about our services and offers

  • To contact you about our services you may be interested in

  • To contact you about our latest events

We may also receive information to process from other organisations who procure our services so that we are able to deliver those services to you and the organisations involved. Where this applies we will always have a robust Data Sharing Agreement in place with the Data Controller organisation which you may view if your data is shared under its terms.

Where we are the Data Controller, we do not share your information with any other organisations or parties.

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) the lawful bases we rely on for processing your data are: legitimate interest and consent.

Your right to data portability - you have the right to ask that we transfer your information to another organisation in certain circumstances.
